At Boxxerworld we understand you as a fighter. We were founded in 2008 by one of the UK/Australia’s top professional boxers, Laura Saperstein. Back then, it was almost impossible to get gear that fit female fighters properly. Laura found the process long, frustrating and fiddly. Boxxerworld was born out of necessity but the willingness to innovate made us flourish. We focus on perfect fit, functionality and ease of ordering but our use of technology sets us apart from the crowd. We are the world’s most powerful customiser and the fastest producer. We bring the opportunity to create unique custom pieces to everyone, no matter where you are in the world and no matter what your budget.

Please note we are a small business, are very busy dealing with urgent orders and are almost certainly in a different time zone to you so we may be closed. We work six days per week but not Sundays. Please note if you haven't had a reply within a day or so it's best to send an email or whatsapp call us as wel dont check social media every day.
Please reach out to us right away if you are not 100% satisfied with your item. We aim to make high quality items and take full responsibility for our work. You can reach us through our contact page but please be aware our customer service staff are in a different time zone to you so give us a day or two to answer. Please be aware we are not open on Sundays.
If you tell us you don't like your design work after we have completed it or change your mind before paying for your physical item to be made we will refund you. If you ask for a refund because you have changed your mind before our partners have started making the physical item, we will also refund you. If we have made any error or the goods are faulty, we will refund you or remake them. Otherwise customised items are not refundable as they are made to your own very specific needs.
Nope, in most cases we will pay any taxes on your behalf, however if you submit a bulk order you should check with us first.
We delivery almost everywhere. Some areas may have a remote area charge which we will need to pass onto you. We will let you know if we anticipate this when your order comes in. We can't deliver to PO Boxes or US military bases.
We use Fedex and DHL for our priority courier services. In most countries they do not deliver on the weekends so please factor this in when choosing whether to choosing how far in advance of your fight to order
